Ajay co-founded Kankei in 1998 and was part of the team that build a high quality CRM services company with its footprint across India.
Ajay studied at the prestigious Doon School in India before going on to complete his graduation in Commerce with Honours from India’s leading commerce college, Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He did his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India.
Prior to founding Kankei Ajay worked with American Express and Visa International.
The tenure at American Express was for over 8 years and included various managerial positions including operations, sales and marketing. During his career, Ajay constantly contributed to the business as well as to team development and management to achieve common goals.
In 1996, Ajay joined VISA International as Marketing Director for South Asia. During this period, he managed vast marketing initiatives covering all forms of marketing communication. He also worked closely with various VISA member banks to create targetted marketing programmes.
Ajay now works as an advisor to Kankei , which is independently handled by his colleagues Sumana Brahma and Ashok Chugh.

Ashok is part of Kankei team since 2012 and is managing Kankei BPO business at Mumbai. He is responsible for new initiatives, acquiring new clients & managing existing client relations.
Ashok is a graduate and has 20 years + experience as entrepreneur and Managing Organizations with businesses of Direct Sales / BPO and Recruitment Services.
Prior to joining Kankei, Ashok has managed his own business as channel partner of a MNC Bank, has managed team size of 700 + resources & was recognized for a decade as largest contributor to business by principals.
Ashok has worked on various Direct Sales Projects of Retails Asset Products with banking industry.
Ashok has also vast experience of Providing Recruitment services to large corporate for Various Domains like BIFS, FMCG, Engineering, Retail, Warehousing, Process Automation etc and has managed & executed mandates from Various Geographies in India, UAE and Africa.
Sumana is a science graduate from Calcutta University, and a Post Graduate Honours Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT. Sumana did her management course from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore before embarking on a professional career that spans over 18 years in Customer Support and Operations.
She has largely been involved in the IT, ITES and BPO sector. Sumana’s professional stint also includes a tenure in Singapore in Customer Support and Service. She currently heads the business operations in Kolkata, India.
Key responsibilities include client management, commercial and business operations and team management.
While Sumana’s key focus is managing business operations in the area of CRM and related services, she also has a keen interest in the area of content writing for online businesses.
