Ajay Miglani
Chairman and Managing Director
Ajay studied at the prestigious Doon School in India before
going on to complete his graduation in Commerce with Honours
from India’s leading commerce college, Shriram College
of Commerce, Delhi University. He then went on to do his MBA
from the Indian Institute of Management at Kolkata, an institution
set up in collaboration with MIT.
Ajay worked with American Express for over 8 years in various
managerial positions including operations, sales and marketing.
During his career, Ajay constantly contributed to the business
as well as to team development and management to achieve common
goals.
In 1996, Ajay joined VISA International as Marketing Director
for South Asia. During this period, he managed vast marketing
initiatives covering all forms of marketing communication. He
also worked closely with various VISA member banks to create
targetted marketing programmes.
Ajay co-founded Kankei in 1998 and has since been associated with the company
as Chairman and Managing Director, overseeing the groups' business
across various geographies and working closely with individual business
unit heads and country managers to provide high quality services
to Kankei clients.
Ranjit Pai
Vice President
BPO Services
Ranjit is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and has done
his MBA with specialisation in Marketing Management from Sydenham
Institute of Management, Mumbai, India.
Ranjit has had a total of 8 years of experience in the area
of Sales, Marketing Services and Communications business. He
has worked with Berger Paints, Contract Advertising (JWT Group)
and has been with Kankei since 1998.
As a Business Unit Head with specialisation in CRM and Direct
Marketing Services, Ranjit manages large client relationships
by being their key contact at Kankei and ensuring delivery of
the highest levels of services from one or more of the service verticals
within Kankei.
He has vast experience in handling large direct marketing and
customer contact campaigns for financial services, appliances,
pharmaceuticals and B2B products.
Mukund Malagi
Netassets
Mukund passed out of St. Xavier’s High School Loyola Hall
and went on to graduate in Statistics from St. Xavier’s College.
This was followed by acquiring a post graduate diploma in Advertising
and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai.
Mukund has had a total of 7 years of experience in the area of
Marketing Services and Communications Business. He has worked with
Contract Advertising (JWT Group) and has been with Kankei since
inception.
As a Business Unit Head with specialisation in CRM and Direct Marketing
Services, Mukund manages large client relationships by being their
key contact at Kankei and ensuring delivery of the highest levels
of services from one or more of the service verticals within Kankei.
He has vast experience in handling large direct marketing and customer
contact campaigns for credit cards, financial services, media, consumer
goods and IT.

Pronob Mukerji
Vice President
DM Services
Pronob is an alumni of Presidency College, Calcutta University.
After completing his post graduation in English, he spent the
first six years with Selvel Media Services in Delhi and Chitralekha
in Bangalore.
In 2000 he moved to Mumbai and has worked with Initiative Media,
Madison, MediaPros and Group-M in the area of strategic planning
and media buying.
Pronob brings with him an overall understanding of media tools
and practices, research, analytical insights into consumer behaviour,
and media consumption habits.
At Kankei, Pronob manages key client relationships and uses
his valuable business and consumer insights to increase effectiveness
of our client-partners’ programs.
Radhika Duggal
Business Head
Key Accounts & New Business
Radhika graduated in Science from Sophia Girls College Ajmer, and
then completed her post graduate diploma in Advertising and Mass
Communication, from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication,
New Delhi.
Radhika has over 15 years of work experience, mainly in the hospitality
industry and has worked for leading hotel chains like the Oberoi
Group, Hyatt International Hotels, Holiday Inn Worldwide and Carlson
International Hotels in the field of Public Relations, Sales and
Marketing. Radhika was the Program Manager for the Gourmet Club
Membership Program at the Hyatt Regency Dubai, leading a team of
50 telemarketing executives. During this assignment, she was completely
responsible for program profitability, training and recruitment
of the team, and managing the entire enrollment process.
Radhika joined the Kankei team in 2002 as Head of Business Development
for North India and has been responsible for the growth of the business
in North India.
Ashima Barman
General Manager
Call Centre Operations (North & East)
An alumnus of Sophia, Meerut, Ashima completed her graduation in
Humanities and then did a PGD in Advertising & PR.
She is a customer care professional to the core with more than 16
years’ work experience with organizations like Modi Xerox,
DHL Worldwide Express, e-Funds & Bharti Airtel. During her last
assignment at Bharti, she has spent almost seven years handling
different product lines like Internet, Broadband, Landline &
Audio Conferencing Services.
Ashima’s core strengths of managing huge resource pools and
her rich experience of setting-up and operating large call centers
helps her to drive operational excellence across Kankei’s
centres in Delhi and Kolkata.
Raghunath Bile
Head
Finance, Compliance & Administration
Raghunath has a Masters Degree in Commerce from Bombay University
and has a Diploma in Business Management and a Diploma in Labour
Laws.
Raghunath has over 19 years of work experience in managing accounts
and administration for various leading companies. His experience
has been in the area of Accounts, Audit, Financial Statement Completion,
Management Accounting, Legal and Administration.
As Head of Finance and Administration at Kankei, Raghunath is responsible
for Corporate Finance, Taxation, Company Affairs, Legal and all
Administrative work. He leads a large team of professionals and
is responsible for managing the above functions centrally for various
countries that Kankei operates in.
Manoj D’Souza
Head
IT Enabled Services
Manoj holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Aptech Computer
Education, which he completed after graduating from Allahabad University.
He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Hardware and Networking.
He holds an MCSE certificate - an online certification from Microsoft.
As a Head of IT and Software Services at Kankei, Manoj manages
the organisation's internal IT needs by developing, maintaining
and supporting infrastructure and systems. He is also responsible
for managing external partners in the area of Data Processing, Software
and Application Development and Website Development Services.
He has implemented various technology solutions for Kankei branches
across numerous client projects including development and implementation
of TouchPoint (Kankei’s proprietary contact management software).
He has also handled the nationwide implementation of an advanced
progressive Dialer for our BPO services.
Sumana Brahma
Regional Head-East
Call Centre Operations
A science graduate from Calcutta University, and a PG Honours
Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, Sumana did her management
course from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore before embarking on
a professional career that spans over 13 years in Customer Support
and Operations.
She has largely been involved in the IT & ITES sector, and prior
to joining Kankei she has worked with Impex Infotech, an international
call centre based in Kolkata. Sumana’s professional stint
also includes a tenure in Singapore in Customer Support and Service
and currently she heads our Call Centre operations in Kolkata.
A stickler for process perfection and meeting deliverables, Sumana
ensures that stringent SLAs on performance and quality are met at
all times.

Vinit Rishi
Consultant and Advisor
Vinit is a senior finance and administration professional with international expertise in the development and management of global functions, integrated systems, policies and procedures. With wide exposure to multi-disciplinary teams comprised of accounting, finance, tax, legal and IT systems, Vinit is assisting Kankei in its Globalisation effort.
As a child, Vinit lived in a number of African and Middle Eastern countries whilst studying at the prestigious Doon School in India. In 1983, Vinit moved to Geneva, Switzerland where he graduated with a Masters degree in Finance from Webster University.
Vinit joined ANDERSEN WORLDWIDE S.C. in 1986 where he held various positions managing highly complex shared service financial functions over a 16 year career. In September 2000 Vinit became Office Managing Partner for the Andersen Headquarters office in Geneva whilst also holding the positions of Head Global Statutory & Interfirm Controllership and Functional lead: Statutory & Interfirm - Global IT Systems Development. In his global role Vinit has travelled widely and dealt with shared service and financial issues across many countries.
Vinit left Andersen Worldwide in 2003 and is currently an independent
consultant working for firms with interests in Central and
Southern Europe as well as the Middle East.
